1. Foam Roll your lats for 2:00 each side

2. Child Pose for 2:00

3. Thread the needle for 2:00 each side (Right arm, then left)

4. Couch Stretch Right leg, then left leg 2:00 each

5. Your favorite stretch for the time remaining
