Your goal will be to complete the required work as quick as possible. As soon as you finish your last kbs…rest! You will then go again at 2 minutes, then 4 minutes, etc. As soon as you do not complete ALL the work in the 2 minutes that is when you are completed. Score the total rounds that you completed.
