Nicole Martinez (Bio)
This crazy world of “ninja” has consumed my life for the past two years. I competed on American Ninja Warrior 7 which served as a catalyst for further obstacle building and training to become the best ninja! I am stoked to have the opportunity to bring my passion for ninja to Paducah as a coach for Ninja Kids and Adult Ninja at CFP! I have had the opportunity to compete in some awesome comps around the US: ANW 7 in Kansas City, Movement Lab Ohio (Michelle Warnky’s gym) I qualified for the National Ninja League (NNL) Finals, KorKomplex in St. Charles, Movement Lab New Jersey (Chris and Brian Wilczewski’s gym) for NNL Finals. I have trained and played alongside some of the best Ninja’s in the country!
I have a full fledged ninja course and rock climbing wall in my barn if I am not there I can normally be found in the woods with either my climbing gear, hammock or my mountain bike near!
I graduated from Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in education. It is exciting to see individuals become successful at an activity they did not think they could accomplish. My personal mantra has two parts, “All current safe zones were once uncharted frontiers” and “Do your best & don’t give up!” I want to instill a positive mentality in everyone I coach; to help athletes of all ages improve in balance, grip strength, upper body, core strength and confidence that even if it looks hard, embrace the obstacle and don’t give up!
