Featured Member Friday: Jennifer Windhorst

Each week we highlight one of our members by asking why they started CrossFit and what keeps them coming back for more!

This week our featured member is Jennifer Windhorst!


1. When did you start CrossFit?

I started CrossFit in November of 2016.

2. Why did you start CrossFit?

I had always worked out at a gym. I had noticed that my friends who were doing CF were really seeing results and it seemed to be faster! I took the fundamentals class and loved it! After that when I joined the regular classes, not so much! I was completely intimidated and way out of my comfort zone! I told myself I would give it six months! Almost a  year and a half later I am still here and love it!

3. What’s your favorite thing about coming to CrossFit?

I have never been pushed so hard but yet encouraged! The coaches are amazing and the members as well! We are always doing something different! Everyone is helping and encouraging each other! I have never had muscle definition like this! I have gotten my diet in control and have really seen some results within the last few months! I am not where I want to be yet but I know I will get there with CrossFit!
