Each week we ask one of our members why they joined Crossfit!
1. When did you start Crossfit?
I started crossfit in April 2013 back in the old Metro gym.
2. Why did you start CrossFit?
I started because I was ready for something new. I was tired of going to the gym and running on a treadmill and lifting 5 lb weights because I didn’t know what to do at the gym.
3. What’s your favorite thing about coming to CrossFit?
It’s hard to say my favorite thing about CrossFit but probably the community. I hated going to a gym and not speaking to anyone and just doing my own thing and CrossFit is definitely not like that. I love having my workout already planned and coaches there to show you how to do it and motivate you the whole way through the workout. I also like how everything is scalable to your level or where ever you are in life, like pregnant. 😊
