1. When did you start CrossFit?
I started Crossfit over 3 years ago.
2. Why did you start CrossFit?
I started to regain control of my health. My fitness and nutrition had lost control and Crossfit taught me how to gain that control back.
3. What’s your favorite thing about coming to CrossFit?
