1. When did you start Crossfit?

I started CrossFit in October 2016.

2. Why did you start Crossfit?

Five months prior to me starting I had neck surgery! At that time I realized that I need to work on building muscle in my back and neck to help prevent future problems! I also was over weigh and felt miserable. I need a change to become a healthier me!!!

3. What’s your favorite thing about coming to Crossfit?

One of my favorite things about CrossFit is that itโ€™s not the same workout every time I come! I love that I feel like Iโ€™m at home there. ๐Ÿ™‚
