Our Classes

At River 2 River Fitness, we offer a unique training experience that starts with our amazing programs. Each one focuses on a specific area ranging from Fundamentals to Bootcamp and Barbell Club. Athletes of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join. No matter if you’re 9 or 90, we have something that will work for you!

  • CrossFit Fundamentals

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our Fundamentals course. It’s where you and a coach work 1-on-1 to learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. Each session is typically an hour long, so schedule accordingly. Once enrolled, we’ll contact you and determine the best time to meet.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.

  • Barbell Club

    This is NOT a CrossFit class. It’s purely weightlifting at its finest. Here, we focus on Olympic weightlifting technique. If you want to learn how to lift correctly, safely, and efficiently, this is the class for you. Athletes of all fitness levels are encouraged to join. Classes meet every Saturday.

    Ninja Kids is a comprehensive, next-generation fitness framework designed to deliver physical literacy over a lifetime, preventing injuries, improving sports performance, and keeping you active and engaged.   • ROMWOD

    ROMWOD (Range of Motion Workout of The Day) routines not only increase flexibility but assist in optimizing recovery. By using a combination of postures derived from Kung Fu, Taoist Yin, and Yoga, connective elements of the body are stretched and healed by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues. These movements assist the body’s desire to fall into proper alignment and help to prevent joint injuries over time. ROMWOD Mobility is a great practice on its own or to complement your CrossFit workouts.

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. You can focus on a variety of areas including strength and conditioning work, nutrition counseling, mobility assessments, and much more. If you think personal training will work best for you, please contact us to discuss all our options.

    R2R Chiropractic is a bigger picture initiative to prescribe healthy nutrition habits and exercise as a standard in healthcare. The area’s first one stop shop for all things health and wellness.   • Fight Club

    R2R Fight Club is the premiere institute to learn continuous fighting and self-defense techniques where the art of WINNING is taught through proven real world principles. It’s a holistic approach to winning in the street, octagon, and when the need arises to defend ones self or loved ones. It’s appropriate for all skill levels.

    R2R Sports Training is built for the athlete, no matter what your sport! We specialize in the areas of Functional Movement, Speed, Strength, Power, and Mental Toughness. We are passionate about making a positive impact on each individual and helping them perform to the highest level.

  • Internship

    The R2R 8-Week Summer Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for college students with a passion for fitness to learn the ins-and-outs of running a successful gym. Plus, the things you’ll learn as an intern can carry over into any career field.

    The following majors are eligible for the program:

    • Business (Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or general business majors)
    • Design and Technology (Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology or equivalent major)
    • Exercise Science

    The following guidelines apply to each of the majors mentioned above:

    • Course credit if college/university allows
    • Must be available to work 10-20 hours/week
    • Will be assigned a “Final” project due at the end of the 8 weeks
    • May be given books to read that apply to your field of study
    • Month-to-Month Unlimited
