Tips N Tricks: Pull-up Bar Efficiency (Feat. Coach Chad)

Hey guys! Happy Tuesday! Today, we have some great tips from Coach Chad regarding our pull-up bar work and becoming more efficient at those movements on the bar! This one simple trick could completely change the way you approach kipping or butterfly pull-ups, as well as chest to bar and toes to bar!
So remember, most all of the work being done on the pull-up bar is being done “behind the bar”, not directly UNDER the bar. Working directly under the bar makes these movements less efficient which will tire you faster, especially under fatigue in a METCON. Practice these tips and tricks before or after class and you will be flying on that pull-up bar in no time!
