In today’s society, there are so many terms flying around grocery stores and food labels. Cage-free, Free-range, Organic, All-Natural, Pasture-raised, the list is never ending and can be pretty confusing. But what things do you consider when buying your eggs? Cost? Nutrition? How the chickens were raised? Brown versus white eggs? All of these can be factors to consider when deciding which protein-packed carton to purchase. The importance of these will vary greatly among customers but it’s important to be aware and understand all the labels and products you are putting into your cart!
